STEP 3
Questions

- Key examples of closed, open, linking, and softening questions

Listening
The amount that you'll learn just by truly listening to your customers can't be overstated. In this course, you’ll learn:

- How to use the customer's own words to help close the sale
- Why showing genuine interest and being in the moment are so crucial

STEP 5
Selling a solution
Focus on solving the customers problem, not just selling to them. In this course, you’ll learn:

Conclude

- How to earn the right and ask for the order
- The best ways to close the sale in a natural way
